Midnight Sun

This stunning picture of a full moon was taken by Enzo Acciarri and inspired my poem, Midnight Sun. Please enjoy my composition, Spring Blossom, as you read the poem. Spring Blossom

If I could paint the smile in my heart
It would have the colours of the rainbow
The sparkle of the stars
And the facets of a diamond

If I could paint the love in my soul
It would have the scent of roses
The sweet taste of honey
And the immensity of the ocean

If I could paint a picture of You
It would have a million golden grains of sand
The music of angelic harps
And the beauty of a midnight sun
